OK Phil... So I'm Old and my Memory is fading fast..  :)  All I really want to do is
not receive messages from the list while I'm on vacation!!  I wouldn't dream of suspending the Entire List!  :)

I hope not.  Some of us might find it rude if you suspended the entire list
while you were on vacation.  Granted, I'm somewhat new to the list, but I
get the impression that your vacation was not discussed with the list.  It
would probably be proper etiquette to try and coordinate an HP3000 users
vacation time such that nobody will mind the list being suspended because we
are all on vacation.
