announce that Battista and Associates installs

facility in the state of Arizona.

This system should be operational within 7 days.
Mr. Patrick Battista stated, "The magnitude of this
one installation can not be overstated. This
provides us a breakthrough in the gaming industry
in the South West and will act as a spring board
for many additional installations in the near future."

Mr. Battista also informed us that he has begun to
expand his organization so that he may better
market the SecureTime product to the other
industries within the state. He has been targeting
markets such as Auto dealerships, Government
offices, Manufacturing Plants, Hotels and other

has been tremendous and feels confident that he

T & G2 - Wholly Owned Subsidiary Enters Into a
Partnership Agreement With- Strike Force
Technologies

New York, New York, Apr 01, 2002 (Market News
Publishing via COMTEX) -- T & G2's wholly owned
subsidiary, Solutions Technology, Inc., is pleased to
announce that it has entered into a Partnership
agreement with Strike Force Technologies (Strike
Force), a world leader in the application of Iris
Recognition Technology provided by Panasonic.

Strike Force Technologies is the recognized leader
in the network security arena, specializing in biometric
Iris and out-of-band authentication. Their solutions
provide a myriad of manageable services at
manageable costs. This allows companies,
government agencies, educational facilities and
numerous other entities the ability to truly safeguard
their environments from the LAN/WAN through
wireless and physical access.

Strike Force, Inc. has forged many new relationships
with the Authenticam(TM). These relationships
include NASA, U.S. Border Control, several School
Districts and other major corporations. The Partnership
Between Strike Force and Solutions Technology,
TTGG's wholly owned subsidiary, will add significant
value to these relationships. Solutions Technology
has developed a complete turnkey solution, which will
support iris recognition in addition to the fingerprint
technology that is already part of the SecureTime
System.

The SecureTime Biometric fingerprint ID System is
perfect for many business solutions; however, there
are certain situations were the use of iris recognition
is more practical and preferred. By partnering, each
company can add significant value to customer
solutions.

Thomas Yon, Strike Force's CEO stated, "The
Partnership of our two companies will offer the most
advanced technology and end to end service for the
user. We have many iris recognition pilots in process
now from a wide array of industry groups. We are
confident that we will enable mass deployment with
the integration of Panasonic's Authenticam to the
SecureTime System."

James M. Farinella, President/CEO of T & G2 stated,
"We are excited to expand our business opportunities
through the partnership with Strike Force. It speaks
volumes about the talent of our technical staff to have
the foresight to develop a product that is capable of
integrating other 21st century technologies into our
SecureTime System."
