All those wizards of finance and fiscal discipline and not a single one thought of.... "Maybe we could cut our costs."
Oh sure everyone has to take paycuts and layoffs, but the government is untouchable. It's not funny, it is truly sad.
I don't know, maybe we don't need to study the mating habits of the polish bullfrog THIS year... Maybe it doesn't cost 1.5 million dollars to lay down 750 feet of road?
Maybe we could cut the health benefits to our legislatures, and stop the automatic pay raises...
But then you have a better chance of giving birth to twin kittens.
