Another list member has already agreed to share his copy of the CD-ROM.
Of course there is _nothing_ like a stack of dead trees (DOCS) to keep
one occupied.

I greatly appreciate the generosity of those members whom have offered
their assistance. Perhaps, one day I can return in kind...
