i don't particularily like wrq's 'new' reflection client.  (when did it change?
version 7?)  in fact, i don't use the gui interface because i find it entirely
too annoying.  but enough commentary....

learning to ftp'ing posix files (imo) is a bit tricky at first.  the two big
things to remember is -- 1) case is important and 2) 'prefix' the hfs file name
with './' (assuming you have changed into the directory)
