Besides the info on the back of my ATT card I also received a little (goes
in your wallet) booklet for when you are out of the country - I've had
to use this on occasions from various odd places in the world. Certainly
Bell Canada directories include 'how to' sections which includes making
calls with caller cards, I assume none were around.
While at Pearson (yes it is grotty in the US section if you don't have the
Maple Leaf club pass ;-) ) problem I had was the block on making international
calls using a calling card due to the amount of fraud that has occurred.
Not taking pot shots...
