Probably, if you don't have Posix knowledge, then the easist and fastest
way to get a web server going and leverage your existing knowledge is to
get the Qwebs web server for MPE. http://www.qwebs.com/
It is relatively easily affordable and very understandable. You can
download a demo copy for free.
