True and confirmed for a 927 I have with no support whatsoever... Lost the
CPU and had the 3rd party come out and replace.  HP would have cost
quadruple digits.

Does anyone have any facts/figures on HP trade up plans or done any research
lately with regard to trading in a 9x7, particularly the 927 as mentioned
above???
