No, because I never sent that version of the email. I remember now thinking
at the time that using the word "asterisk" was too crude, so I changed it to
"appendix" in the email that I actually sent and that is the version that is
stored in Google Groups.

I apparently didn't locally save the newer version after I modified it, so
what I transmitted yesterday was the rough draft, not the version I sent in 1997.
