while i'm not sure of the 'official' intent of csy's grant program, i think this
'model' is how it should work.  if a school can offer a focused curriculum based
on mpe but 'tuned' for a particular employer or software package -- then there's
tremendous value-added.   - d 'wishing the grant program was more widely used
(duh :-)'
