Thank you everyone for your replies.

Problem was on our end. The new corporate spam filter had black listed
raven.utc.edu. I am not clear as to why it black listed it in the first
place. Maybe due to all the "spam-like" emails going out from the
W32/Gibe.gen@MM worm/trojan with HP3000-L harvested email addresses.
