I think you'll need to ask your DNS manager, whether or not he has a PTR record
like 254.10.0.10.IN-ADDR.ARPA. in the DNS "database file" (an example for the
reverse lookup of the 10.0.10.254 IP-ADDRESS).

by O' Reilly.
