Nope, I'm not mistaken here.
The AIF intrinsics manual I have here (6th edition, part number 36374-
90001) page 3-314 on the AIFSYSWIDEGET (item 6003) states:
Bit (9:1) = "SP"
Bit (10:1) = "PS"
Bit (15:1) = "SF"
