To all,

In this mornings Washington Post, there is a re-cap of what Michael Capellas
recieved from HP when he left after the HP/Compaq merger.  I seem to recall
that
the shareholders voted some sort of limit on packages after that chunk of
change.

Does anyone have a location to check on the results of last years
stockholders meeting?
