Hi All :)
Ok... <donning my ORERUG mantle, and doing my best not to slip into the
'NCO Tongue' hehehe> Time to belly up to the plate...

I, and ORERUG, feel that this is a major issue! And as such are putting
our money where our mouth is! See later on in this post...but first some
comments and questions... and yes... I do mean to put some people on the
spot!!!!

    Interex?

Are you willing to belly up and do some "advocating" at the
grassroots level? Why aren't you asking Carly and Crowd what is up??? If
so... come on Interex... time to take the point and and advocate for us!!!
If not? Like my Top likes to say: Lead, Follow or Get Outta the Way, 'Cause
the mission's gotta get done!

And as for HP?

Time for you, the Executives of HP, yes I mean YOU Carly, Ann... & the
rest of the Board of Directors to "reach down, take hold and sound off..."!
ARE YOU OR AREN'T YOU GOING TO INCLUDE MPE/iX AND THE HP e3000 IN HP'S
STRAGETIC PLANS???

This is not the time for lukewarm answers! This is the time for
Leadership! We need to know that HP is committed to this platform and is
selling it... or we might as well advise our "Powers That Be" to move away
from the platform! and get onto something that is considered strategic, by
it's maker...

Give an answer.... don't debate with us the meaning of the word 'is'...
We, on the front lines, need to know if the rear echelons are supporting us
... or if we have been left to die in place!

Show me the Money!
The Oregon Regional User's Group for HP Computer Users (ORERUG) is
committing to supplying $250.00 (USD) in support of this effort to run an
advertisement in a national level periodical.

Just tell me where to send the check!! and it will be in the mail...
ok... maybe that is a bad choice of words... hehe but seriously...

I won't be at Interex this year to see what happens.... But if I was... I
would definitely be calling for a revolt that would make Boston look
mild.... if there weren't answers!!!

Art "hmmm.... I tried being nice.... let's see if we get an answer this
way!" Bahrs
President, ORERUG
And a long time 3000 person...

Note: This email is in no way meant to show that Denkor agrees with my
opinions on this in any way... but I hope a bunch of you out there do!
