My 3rd party spooling software SPOOLMATE is occasionally not printing
     reports. Glance is reporting "LOCKS HIGH" and some of the SPOOLMATE
     processes are in the "BLKCB" state. Can any one help?

     Also, does any one know how to display which processes/users are
     currently locking a Global RIN or Local RIN?
