Agree wrt the backups--that's why I said that the 3000 backups are going away.
The Solaris box is already being backed-up by a different part of the
department, so that will no longer be on the operator's shoulders.  Central
printing is *supposed* to go away completely and be replaced by numerous
networked lasers all over the place.
