Alright - an "easy" one, but I have no idea how to do it!

I'm the SM of a system that has an Allbase/SQL DBE on it. I am not the DBA,
nor do I know the user.account of the DBA. How can I find this out, since I
have yet another instance of a SM person not being able to do simple stuff
(like re-create a schema for the database)!

Help - perspiring minds want to know!
