I'm actually quite disappointed in both candidates.  I would think that
they would both want recounts down in all the close states of NM, OR, WI,
etc.  In other words, even though GORE appeared to take NM, he should have
asked for a recount to be fair,  he should ask for a recount in WI, OR and
IA and not wait for Bush to ask.   Otherwise it proves the point that the
candidates will just do what ever they need to do inorder to win an
election.  Asking for a recount when it might actually cost you the
election says very loudly that you are more interested that the correct
candidate become the president.
