Greetings...this is a reminder to any students taking 400 level courses for
graduate credit that the "400-Level Form" must be submitted to The Graduate
School Office by April 10, 2002.  Any students not having their forms
submitted by April 10 will have the credit in the class changed
from  graduate to undergraduate.  You may access the form on our web site
at www.utc.edu/gradstudies  The form should be completed and signed by the
student and the instructor. If you have any questions about the form,
