The College of Engineering and Computer Science is hosting a seminar on 
Thursday, March 31, 2005 at 3:30 p.m. the Benwood Auditorium in the UTC 
Engineering, Mathematics, and Computer Science Building.  The seminar 
will discuss power system security and major problems associated with 
power system security. 

Dr. Mo-Shing Chen is the invited speaker.  Dr. Chen is an IEEE Fellow 
and Emeritus Professor of Electrical Engineering at the Energy Systems 
of Research Center(ESRC) at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA).
