The contributed library has a package called SLEEPER, which will schedule based on date and time, day of week and other criteria (it has been a while since I last used it and do not know what enhancements have been added since.) There are also several commercial packages, MAESTRO and OCS Express are the only two that I can remember at the moment. They provide for a more robust set of scheduling options (job dependencies on local and remote systems).
