You betcha it is Joe.  About six months ago they wound up a trial here in
the
Rio Grande Valley of Texas of three shmucks who belonged to a group known
as "The Republic of Texas" who emailed threats to some judges and politicos
indicating they needed to die.  They had some scheme about poison darts in
butane lighters or some such.  They got nailed for 20 years and they weren't

all that young.  Point....don't get to carried away with yer email.
