yea, there are a number of options. On of our partners is Dialpad.
there are others, some of which sell hardware as part of it. Basically
you can do computer to computer for free, if you do computer to phone,
then you need to pay someone for the exchange. It is often far cheaper
than a regular phone call, and some of the hardware is a phone that
plugs into your PC either with an existing sound card or with
specialized hardware.
