What's to lobby?  You can download the current Linux version of HP
Eloquence from:

   ftp://ftp.msede.com/eloq/A0610/linux/

With the details, and I believe a free two user, limited db size license
(for noncommercial use) at:

   http://www.hp-eloquence.com/

So if you want Image for Linux, it's available today (not free for
commercial use though, but reasonably priced I think).
