Hello Eric,

I attended. And am currently on a break from the IPROF meetings. Since I
attended the Enchilada session, I decided to skip part of the IMAGE SIG
session (today 1:45-3:45), but will return for the Mgmt Roundtable session
4-7:30.

CORBA SIG results.

  1. No announcement from HP, as suggested in this list on Wednesday
  2. Someone facilitated a peer-peer discussion (educational in nature). All
discussion centered on concepts. Nothing concrete.
  3. During the C/S SIG, HP gave a 10 minute middleware update. Again no
CORBA announcement - simply that "we are investigating alternatives".

I'm sure you'll get other(s) feedback, all in the all the CORBA SIG was
unproductive, you missed nothing.

Regards,

Jonathan van den Berg
